Reconstruir Project

Projeto Reconstruir (Project Reconstruct) is a dedicated Civil Society Organization (OSC) that has been transforming the lives of vulnerable children and adolescents in the Aglomerado Morro das Pedras community in Belo Horizonte since 2005. The project provides a safe, nurturing environment for kids aged 7 to 14. Its core mission is to promote holistic development and equal opportunities through engaging, educational, and recreational activities. Key Areas of Action Education & Technology: Providing pedagogical support, digital inclusion classes, Spanish, and robotics. Arts & Culture: Fostering creativity through reading initiatives, arts and crafts, theater, guitar, and percussion lessons. Sports & Health: Keeping kids active and healthy with soccer, judo, and recreational games, alongside essential daily meals and drug prevention awareness.

Cruz Vermelha Brasileira

The Minas Gerais Branch of the Brazilian Red Cross (CVB-MG) was founded in 1914, becoming the second Red Cross branch in Brazil. It was established against a backdrop of growing need for humanitarian assistance, driven by the First World War and the enactment of Decree 2,380/1910, which regulated Red Cross associations in the country. Since its inception, CVB-MG has been dedicated to preventing and alleviating human suffering, responding to emergencies and natural disasters, as well as promoting public health and social welfare campaigns.

GRABH (Technical Animal Rescue Group of Belo Horizonte) is a non-profit organization dedicated to technical animal rescue, emergency veterinary care, and the protection of animals in situations of risk, natural disasters, and emergencies. Its highly trained teams respond to incidents involving domestic, wild, and large animals, using specialized rescue techniques to ensure their safety and well-being. In addition to rescue operations, GRABH provides emergency veterinary services, professional training programs, educational initiatives on animal welfare, and operates SAMUVet Belo Horizonte, a 24-hour mobile emergency veterinary service for dogs and cats, reinforcing its commitment to animal protection and public safety.
